Thou Love Of Shoes?

Has anyone posted about this yet?

I saw it yesterday, riding my bike back from an arduous but scenic blackberry-picking journey. Both my hands were stained purple; I had a plastic bag (several layers of them, actually) hanging from my handlebars, full of future pie filling, and I rode by the outlandishly frou-frou shopping complex in Emeryville – and there it was.

I think this wins my “Übercrass” award for the month. Maybe longer.

Have not seen that. Thank Og.

Is that for a particular store, or a mall?

“thou love”? I’m no expert on Ye Olde English, but shouldn’t that be “thy love”?

And I find shoes about as interesting as oven mitts.

Yes, I’m pretty sure it should be “thy love.” Signs with glaring errors irk me.

I’d probably like shoes more if I didn’t have hard-to-fit feet.

I used to work with a guy like that. But then, maybe you folks are right, and they’re really talking about shopping.

Does “thy” mean the same as "thine

NinetyWt: Yes, I think it’s for the mall in general.

Not really a mall exactly; a little frou-frou street in “Ye Olde Main Streete” layout, but painfully modern. Has a Victoria’s Secret, Godiva Chocolates IIRC, etc.
