Ooooh, where? The “Darwinism” one?
I’m ashamed to admit that I enjoyed the debate between TVAA and Spiritus Mundi discussing the implications of Goedel’s Incompleteness Theorem ( first in Great Debates and later in the BBQ Pit ). It was clear from the beginning that TVAA was in over his head, but he persisted in his beliefs, even invoking his “invisible experts” when he failed to convince the resident mathematicians on the board. These threads provided much amusement for the several weeks they were active.
I don’t want to name names or anything, until the inevitable Pit thread. That would be inappropriate…

People shouldn’t be so damn quick to heatedly jump all over an opinion with which they don’t agree.

Well, he or she has been banned now, so yes, that one. 
I won’t name names, but there have been several pile-on threads in the Pit that I really enjoyed “for great justice”.
I also heartily enjoyed the hijacking of one of my own threads somewhat recently. It was my OP, followed by a couple innocous on-topic posts, one of which somehow led to a huge fight which completely hijacked the thread, despite my attempts to bring it back.
