Still dead.
Which one?
This is the latest update I’ve found from March 7.
Cause of Kansas City Chiefs fan deaths remains mystery 2 months later (usatoday.com)
Looks like they are still investigating something that could result in criminal charges.
My cynical self says they are using all the possible reasons for basically never giving out what they know. Why they want to do that I don’t know, but I think I recognize stalling when I see it.
The autopsy revealed that… < cue music >
all their internal organs had been removed. Just vanished into thin air. But there were no external marks or cuts. It’s like they were just teleported out or something.
Then they realized the autopsy had already been performed on the previous day.
“It’s so embarrassing,” Scully groans, rolling her eyes.
The usual reason for stalling like this is that it might make somebody important look bad. Occasionally it is because they are actually going to charge someone, but it seems like they could have done that by now without compromising much of anything.
I think they must be stalling because in some obscure, unfathomable way, Donald Trump was involved.
Just like Francisco Franco.
They played a drinking game where they took a shot every time he lied.
The police don’t normally release every piece of evidence to the public right away.
They initially said no foul play was suspected.
What if that’s changed as a result of the fox screens?
Hypothetically, what if the tox screens didn’t just show weed and booze? What if they had heightened levels of some other drugs, illegal, that likely contributed to the deaths? Then it may shift from being a “no foul play” to “who gave them the illegal drugs that contributed to their deaths? Did that person commit a homicide crime?”
The fact that the statement came from the prosecutor, not from the police , points that way. It sounds like there now is a potential prosecution, which wasn’t the case with the initial police statements that no criminal offence was suspected.
Oh man, if the foxes are getting involved, who knows where this could lead?!?
I’m afraid the cat scan didn’t show anything, we’ll need to run a fox screen to be sure.
So now we must wonder, what does the fox say?
Who? Fox Mulder?
Whole lotta ways to come up with clear evidence that a crime was committed, but not enough evidence to say who committed the clear crime.
In that case they sit on their evidence hoping somehow something will break that connects the two before the statute of limitations runs. Even something like the dumbass getting arrested 3 years later for something unrelated then blabbing to his cellmate at the holding tank.
Depends? Is it under oath?
My See 'n Say doesn’t have a fox.
