Three Minute Mysteries, or How Come? Chapter II

GolfWidow asks: Is she “recently” dead, or has she been dead for some time?
YES.

TO SAVE BANDWIDTH: RECENTLY DEAD

God, now Flypsyde’s in MY head!

Oh great. Now, not only do I have SR copying my answers, Falc’s in here now too. Beautimous.

Copying? Watch it, my friend. I am perusing the Vengence site even as I type.

Flypsyde & Falcom ask: Was she strangled?
NO

SwimmingRiddles asks: Is it relevent that Mrs. G had any allergies?
YES, IN THE SENSE THAT IF YOU KNOW, YOU MAY EXCLUDE IT AS A LINE OF INQUIRY. AND SHE DID NOT.

Okay, not coying-maybe gently unearthing it from my corner of the collective unconscious?

Eagerly hoping to edge ahead in the Race for the Bricker See-gar Triple Crown…

Were the scissors the murder weapon?

Was she suffocated?

Or wait…was Mrs. G diabetic?

SwimmingRiddles asks:
Were the scissors the murder weapon?
IN A MANNER OF SPEAKING

Was she suffocated?
IN A MANNER OF SPEAKING

Falcon asks: Or wait…was Mrs. G diabetic?
NO

Was the mattress whole or uncut?

Same question, but pertaining to the pillows?

Was there tape over Mrs. G’s mouth?

Did she die from an inability to breathe?

Letting my inner child run loose and break things.

Flypsyde asks: Was the mattress whole or uncut?
NO

Same question, but pertaining to the pillows?
YES

Falcon asks: Was there tape over Mrs. G’s mouth?
NO

I’d just like to take this opportunity to give Bricker the award for OP with Most Simulposted Responses.

Redwing asks:
Did she die from an inability to breathe?
YES

I’m sure I’ve got it.

Mrs. G. witnessed her lover’s murder some years ago, via stabbing. On this date, somebody wanted to kill Mrs. G. but not leave any real clues. So the murderer placed the scissors in Mrs. G.'s bedroom. She entered, saw the scissors, collapsed on the bed and had a heart attack… and died.

That’s it, right?
Ok… I know it’s not… I think the answer is heading toward the scissors cut tape that was used to suffocate her.

Was there a pillow over Mrs. G’s head?

Was stuffing missing from the mattress?
