Yeah, I guess my statement wasn’t a very accurate representation. What I meant was, Thursday through Saturday were party without consequences nights. Virtually indistinguishable from other nights, other than the absence of “Oh my god, I can’t believe I have to be up for my 11:00am class tomorrow!”
Where I go to uni, Thursday night is party at the university bar night whereas Friday and Saturday parties were generally out in the city or in someones room. I presumed this was originally because the unibar could not compete with some frankly much better clubs so they decided to sidestep it by holding it on thursday rather than fridays nights.
