I was visiting a garden that had a large pond full of coy and rainbow trout. I sat down on a bridge and put my arms in the water and all of a sudden all of these fish swam over and were practically lined up to pass through my hands. I would tickle their bellies and they seemed to love it. Why did they enjoy having their undersides tickled so much? Just curious.
They were covering your hands in sperm. Hope you had an icecream cone to eat at the time. Come to think of it, that’s probably what attracted them to your hand. The smell of sperm.
That’s gross!!!
Trout tickling is an age-old method of catching salmonids (usually employed by poachers) I’m not sure how it works, maybe something similar to the way that birds and some animals can be ‘hypnotised’ by stroking them in a certain way.
Tickling the trout sounds like another euphemism for polishing the flagpole. Coming unscrewed.
No thanks.
