Tiger Lance, age 70, has died

Just noticed this on Wikipedia’s Recent Deaths page:

Herbert Roy ‘Tiger’ Lance (6 June 1940 – 10 November 2010) was a South African cricketer.

Tiger Lance was born in Pretoria, Transvaal. He played in 13 Tests between 1962 and 1970.[1] He died in hospital in Johannesburg, four weeks after the car he was driving was hit by a woman driving on the wrong side of the road.

I don’t know this guy and barely know cricket either, but the name “Tiger Lance” caught my eye. That’s all.
