I just sent Valerie an email trying to get into the info loop.

I now live in north Chicago (Indian Boundary Park) and have futon and room for one in my vehicle if someone needs a bed or a ride, or both.

What’s happening on friday? I hope valerie includes that in the email that I hope to get.

Why can’t more of this be discussed here? Trying to cut out the trolls? Keep the numbers down? Maybe this info will be in the email too.

Ok, Valerie called me and says “Sorry.” Apparently, she’s having computer issues and can’t get on to contact people but wants you all to know that it’s still on and she has a friend coming by tonight to get it running so she can mail you. In the meantime, if you got the mass mailing, I’m going to send to everyone on there with her address. If you were going, but are not on the mailing, please mail me at edamoth@inil.com or else stop into #StraightDope on Undernet and talk to me there and I’ll give you the info.

OK, all the details have been sent out, so if anyone didn’t get them you HAVE to let me know right away. I’ll be home all day tomorrow trying to make the house look like civilized people live here, so I’ll be checking my mail frequently and I’ll be near the phone for those of you with my number.
