Is this site off by about 18 minutes?
posting this at 2:49 mountain time (considering my university runs an atomic clock and time server we can hope it’s proper 
There have been threads about this before. The time is out by about 15 minutes. I can’t remember what the official explanation was.
The board time is listed at the bottom of the page, BTW. No need to post to see it.
