For the record, I’ll be 31 on the 14th. I’m still recovering from turning 30 last year.
My advice: turn thirty again this year, see if you can do a better job of it now that you’ve had some practice.

Hey, I’ll be 33 on October 5. I was going to call in sick that day, but instead I planned a fun field trip for my students so that I don’t actually have to stand around in a classroom all day but can still get paid. Yay me. Called in sick Friday instead.
