I am the former Blue Curls, and on the 20th I am turning the big ol’ 21! I will be able to drink alcohol legally in America! Thrills!

That’s because the same text may appear different on different browsers. The smileys themselves are graphics though, and will appear the same. Here is a fine example of how to waste time properly.

That’s what I can’t figure out.
They are both work computers, loaded with the same OS and browsers.
The only difference I could think of was the screen resolution, but changing it didn’t make a difference.

Although, thanks to US bartenders for a few months after I turned 21, I now feel obliged to celebrate on June 2nd as well. 06/02 is a baffling number.
