I’ve been getting way too emotionally invested in this board. Even more so recently, although I’ve been doing this to some extent for over a decade. Right nowI’ve got a lot of other issues in my life that I need to resolve. Obviously I need to use my time and energy on that instead of posting here. If and when I work things out there, I want to make sure I don’t come back and start this song and dance all over again. And no, that Pit thread I have going on has nothing to do with this, this is something I’ve needed to do since before that guy even registered, although I’ll take care of it in a sec.

Mods, here’s what to do. Go back to my older posts. The ones from when I registered to around mid-2004. Jot down the IP address I had then. Look up two other accounts, airdisc and du_hast. Do the same for them. Compare.

I think you can take it from there.

Actually, in view of nine years (9 years!!!) of unremitting good behavior, that is what we call a mitigating circumstance.

What we’d rather do is consider putting this poster on posting sabbatical. On posting sabbatical you can do everything you could as a Guest (or as a Member, as the case may be) except that you physically cannot make postings.

So instead of “suicide by mod” why don’t we go this way?

I’m going to contact The Man With The Golden Gun and ask him.
