Of course she looked better with the dress on. The entire purpose of Spanx and other foundation undergarments is to make women look better when wearing other clothes on top of them. They’re not designed for women to wear as sexy lingerie. Fey’s point was that looking as good as she did in that dress requires special effort and some degree of discomfort.

She’s had kids. Tina has the typical mom body. Saggy breasts and tummy are the price most lady’s pay. Body parts get bigger during pregnancy and nursing. They rarely shrink back firm and tight like they were before. A lesson for happy guys that notice cup size changes during pregnancy. Enjoy your time with your nursing SO. They will deflate afterward. 
Unless the person hires a personal trainer and devotes the majority of their day to nothing but training. Not really an option for working moms that can’t afford private nannies.
