Tiny Australian (?) aircraft type ID neeed

Pardon me for posting, but a while back, I saw a program on the discovery Channel that featured a small (VERY small-Not counting wingspan, it was about the size of a go-cart at a miniature golf course) closed-cockpit aircraft called the “Kre-kree”, I believe it was either made in Australia or New Zealand, but I’m not sure. Can anyone help me ID this craft, positively? I’ve had no luck anywhere else.

Thanks in advance,

Ranchoth

Your question is entirely appropriate (IMHO).

I believe you are referring to the CRI-CRI.
According to one website the designer is French.
There is at least one that is powered by two mdel airplane jets(!)

(who is still amazed they even make model airplane jet engines)

That jet engine is made by Aviation Microjet Technology. $4500 for a 150-lb thrust engine. There was one bicycle company that made a jet-powered bike with one of their engines, as a publicity stunt.
