During an election night meltdown November of '04, I predicted that we would get back the draft. Pilot141 confidently and correctly predicted otherwise and explained why. In that post he proposed to pay $250 American if there was a draft before 2007. All he asked in return was that I publicly admit on the board that he was right and I was wrong.
