This has been brewing for awhile.
I was discussing in an informative thread (look it up if you must see it) about myself, so that other SDMB posters could have a better idea of who Nicklz was.
Well as I’m going through this fun little thread, a poster starts landblasting me for three of my previous threads. This was not their fucking thread to come and start shit in. If that had something to say they should’ve started it here in the pit.
I originally was going to dismiss this as, TROLL behavior. I had never said anything to this person in fact, I didn’t even recognize their username.
What an ass to walk into someone elses thread, and throw an unprovoked slanderous personal attack towards them. Plus this was a person who I had never to my knowledge even participated in one of their threads.
Fine, I was thought greenbeans would find this first, but notice how GB totally came with an unprovked attack on me. I thought this was pretty low and cheap.
Nicklz, the first rule of posting on a messageboard is just like the Miranda warning: anything you say can and will be used against you. And if you start a thread offering to talk about yourself, you gotta be prepared for somebody posting “who cares?” or something of the sort.
I will agree that Green Bean was out of line with the rest of it in a MPSIMS thread–which she sort of acknowledged. Be pissed if you like, furiously or otherwise–be a real shame to waste an opportunity to get pissed off in this utopia we call life.
But…how did you expect her to find this? You don’t use her name in the thread title–I mean, To someone who pissed me off. just isn’t very descriptive. You also don’t use it in your OP, and when you use it in your second post you misspell it–she wouldn’t find it by searching on her name, if she does that. Though she will now…
It does seem a bit petty of her, Nicklz, but on the other hand she did provide additional information on you for the benefit of those of your followers who might not follow or remember all of your threads as obsessively as she does.
