This goes to the sick minded child molesting mother fucker who tried to break into my house last night because he wants to fuck my sister. If I ever see your fucking ass walking down the road, you had better hope Im in a good goddamn mood that day, because i swear on my life I will kick the ever-living shit out of your fucked up sick perverted head, and then when Im done, Im gonna make sure you have no dick left to ever fuck another person again. Stupid mother fucker, you picked the wrong mother fucker to fuck with. Ive got 21 years of aggression built up in me, and now im gonna let it all out on a child molesting sick fuck. Come sit on my front porch again and wait for my sister to come home, because i swear ill be home first mother fucker, and i hope you can run fast because if i catch you, im gonna make you suck your own dick until you never want to see your dick again. Im gonna beat your fucking head in until you beg for mercy for me to stop, then im gonna make you tell my sister that you will never even look at her again. And if i find out you didnt do as i said, its not gonna be my fist thats beating your ass, its gonna be something worse. Sick fuck, you dont even deserve to live, let alone be loose on the street.

Now let me explain…There is this weird guy who lives in the neighborhood, who every figured has a few screws loose. Well, he has been talking to my sister asking her strange things, that make her uncomfortable. Well, last night a friend and I come home and this guy is passed out on my grass. I told my dad, and i figured he would call the police and get it taken care of. I come later that night, and the sick fuck is sleeping on my porch. I go inside and turn on a light and he wakes up and starts throwing his body into the door trying to open it. I called 911, and by the time the cops got their, he had ran off somewhere. I told the cops what happend, and they looked around for him for about 5min. and left. They said there was nothing they could really do, because he didnt get into the house. What the fuck??? So someone has to get into my house before its an actual crime??? Well, I left just to go cool off, and come back home about an hour later. This fuckface is sitting in my front yard rolling around in the grass like a dog. I call the cops again, and again, he disappeard before they could get there. They said they would search the neighborhood for him. Two hours pass, and guess what…not one cop even drove by. WHAT THE FUCK??? Does a guy have to break into the house, and rape a 19 year old girl before they stop eating their fucking donuts and do something??? Well, he never came back that night. The next morning, Im heading to a friends house, and he is being questioned by the cops, about something else(im guessing) because they were getting ready to let him go when i pulled up and said that that was the guy who tried breaking into my house the night before. The cop asked me the most stupid question of all time…“How do you know it was this guy?” I told him maybe because I was getting ready to kill the mother fucker, thats how i know it was him. Well, the cop told me he was mentally insane and a sex offender, and that he hadnt taken his medication that night and was drinking. OH, EXCUSE ME…im sorry, its okay for him to try getting into my house because he didnt take his medicine and was drunk. In my opinion, that fuck shouldnt be alowed to even be without supervision or something for very reason. Well, I dont know if they arrested him or not, but I swear to god, if I ever see him again, Im gonna go ape-shit on his sick fucked up ass.

Why is he even out of jail if he is a sex offender??? So he can do it again?? Well, I know if I ever see him again, its not gonna be a pretty sight. Sick mother fucker, you aren’t gonna touch my sister, or it’ll be the worst mistake you’ve ever made in your sick, fucked up, perverted, piece of worthless shit life. Sick ass fucking bitch.

Jeezus…I have to agree…guys like this should not be let loose…personally, when I take over, we’ll have public hangings (or better) for these sick freaks. (Oh you think I’m joking.)

Here in Toronto, there have been a few “Kid Hunters” who had served their sentence and been let free. They only ever tell you that he is out, but never where he will be living. (God that is the dumbest rule I’ve ever heard.)

Anyhoo, a few months ago, they let this one guy out and within two weeks, guess what! They caught him in a hotel with a 14 to 16 year old boy.

The condition of his release was that we was not to associate with minors…

I don’t know why these guys are given such lame sentences.

But on another note of justice being served, I used to live in a city called Brampton and there was an old guy who had been put in jail and let out a number of times for molesting children. Well, the one day came when he snapped, grabed a kid out of the local mall, brought him to a near my field, put him up against a tree, stuck the kid the tree with a knife (through the next I believe) and then had his way with him.

Needless to say the kid died and this old guy was eventually caught again, but this time, when they put him in jail, he wasn’t put in to protective custody…he was tossed into General Pop…he was killed by other inmates within the month. (Guess he won’t be getting out againt any time soon. )

I can assure you that it is not a made up story. His sister is my daughter.

He did not beat the crap out of the guy for the same reason that I didn’t beat the crap out of the guy. We have absolutely no desire to find out what the inside of a jail cell looks like.

It’s a sad state of affairs when a convicted sex offender can attempt to break into a home and the cops won’t do anything about it because “he didn’t get in the house”. Apparently, trespassing on private property, attempted breaking and entering, being drunk while on probation and who knows what all else is o.k.

My son made a comment that I didn’t call the cops. He is right. I didn’t. Because when I looked outside, the guy was gone and I didn’t know he had come back until later. I also knew that the cops wouldn’t do anything unless “somebody got hurt” or “he got into the house”. However, should it ever happen again, I most definitely will call the cops. Right after I kick his ass so far up his back he will have to shit through his shoulder blades.

Well, you obviously have a lot of pent up rage when it comes to this guy and it sounds like most of it is justified. If the law can’t protect us from some wack-job attempting to sneak into our homes, what the hell good is it?

But you don’t want to go to jail for beating up some freak. So here is my advice.

Seriously, though. Calling the cops is probably a good idea, even if nothing happens. At least it will be on record. That may come in handy if you get arrested for opening a can of whoopass on him.

Bagdnissan, please don’t do anything stupid. And, fer cryin’ out loud, put in a paragraph break every once in a while.

I see no reason why you (or your sister) could not obtain an order of protection against the person in question. See the following site for information:

While specific to New York, other states have similar laws. The filing procedure is relatively simple, the defendent does not have to be a relative, and the defendant does not have to be present at a hearing for the Order to be issued.

Once an Order has been issued, if the neighbor comes near the property again the cops will pretty much have to charge him. Forget about carrying out any of the violence implied in your rant; battery is still battery no matter how righteously indignant you may feel.

The above is just to point out that while I’m sure you feel perfectly justified in making the statements you did in your OP, the law takes a dim view of persons who carry out such actions.

BTW, do you believe the offender is a member of this board? If not, what exactly is the purpose of your rant, anyway?

I think the point of the whole rant was to get it off his chest, to vent some anger that could be possibly be dangerous, not because he thought the offender would read this board. I’ve done rants like that before. It’s not uncommon.

I have a video camera which cost me 290 bucks. It even has night vision. I have used it twice to prove that 1) a neighbor was helping himself to my tomatos, and 2) a neighbor’s dog was helping himself to rather large portions of my cat.

Video doesn’t lie. Cops love it. Courts convict with it. It prevents you from appearing on “COPS” as part of a domestic disturbance drama. Or visiting the local jail. Get a camera now. And best of luck nailing this bastard.

Shooting through the door, etc, might be legal or excuseable or whatever you call it, but that doesn’t mean you escape seeing your name in the papers, talking to the police, enduring an investigation, avoiding reporters… This you do not need. Even if the prosecutor decides not to bring charges based on self-defense or good ol’ Texas-style “Shoot anyone on yer fuckin’ property you want” laws, it’s hardly going to be a picnic.

Follow the advice of people who advise getting a PPO. I think you should call a Sexual Assault & Prevention hotline right now. They know all the ins and outs of this sort of thing, and should be able to tell you what you need to do. This has an added advantage of getting it on record (again) that your family has felt threatened by this guy. Is there any way to find out who this guy’s parole officer is? He’s gotta be violating something–it’s a quick way to get him put away fast.

Don’t get me wrong–I understand the sentiment of wanting to blow this guy away. I had my house broken into once, getting my stuff ransacked and a lot of it stolen. I was out for dinner but came home to find that. About two weeks later was visiting a friend and their house was broken into while I was there (upstairs, we came down to find my purse and several other things gone). I was upset both times but the two together about did me in. I felt so unnerved, violated, and plain ol’ pissed off I was ready to buy a gun and blast a 8" diameter hole through the next motherfucker who stepped on my porch with so much as a religious pamphlet in his hand. And that was WITHOUT feeling threatened sexually. I can only imagine how enraged you must be. But don’t bring a world of trouble down on your house. Keep calling the authorities, take sane steps, and only take drastic measures if they’re absolutely necessary.

Um, no offense buddy, but if you’re using Pennsylvania to base the state of the nation by, its not a wonder that you think the country fucked up.

(I feel I can say this with a great deal of certainty because I spent a great deal of time in PA. More than I would have liked, actually. I also happened to have been born there.)
