To what magazines do you subscribe?

Newsweek
New Yorker
The Magazine of Fantasy and Science Fiction
Isaac Asimov’s Science Fiction Magazine

I also got free subscriptions to the following which I plan to let lapse:
Esquire
Maximum PC
The New York Observer

I only subscribe to Cycle World, but I pick up the British magazine Bike at the bookstore often enough that I ought to just subscribe to it as well.

Newsweek
Harper’s (Mainly for the index; I don’t really have the time to read most of the articles)
Esquire
Men’s Health
Best Life (which came as a promotion with my Men’s Health subscription)
GQ (kind of a waste, since it’s basically just full of ads for overly expensive clothes)

I also read the SO’s celebrity rags (I got to keep up with the latest baby bump! Celebrities…they’re just like real people!)

And I’ll add my name to the list of people who endorse Mental Floss (it’d be next on my list of subscriptions)

Atlantic Monthly
New Yorker
New York Review of Books
Ogonyok
History Today
Archaeology
Biblical Archaeology Review
Opera News (because I give money to the Metropolitan Opera)
Opera

I used to get Newsweek but I grew to hate it so I don’t anymore. I’m thinking of subscribing to the Economist as a sort of replacement.

Also, by virtue of having a subscription at Carnegie Hall, I receive New York Magazine every week. I just started receiving it one day and I couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. I thought it might be a gift from some distant relative who didn’t know me very well. After about a year, I saw something about it on the Carnegie website and realized where it was coming from.

And my college and my law school persist in sending me alumni magazines.

Thanks!

Rolling Stone.

At the moment, the only mag we get is Cooking Light.

It’s one of the few foodie mags that strikes a balance between interesting articles and a good quantity of recipes ranging from quick and simple to more elaborate.

I was receiving Craft at one point last year, but decided to let my subscription lapse. It’s by the same folks who publish Make, which I like a lot but rarely buy as a lot of the projects are too technical for the likes of me. Sadly, Craft turned out to be very much the same - either the projects required specialised equipment that the average person just doesn’t have, or were a little ridiculous (crime-scene tape scarf anyone?). Clearly these are more dedicated crafters than yours truly. :stuck_out_tongue:

What ? No one subscribes to Mad ?
