Wow, this thread sort of took off overnight, didn’t it?
Many thanks to everyone! For those concerned about us trying to make too perfect a day of it, please know that both of us have the experience and maturity (snort dammit! – I nearly said that with a straight face) with this whole wedding/marriage thing to understand that neither of us wants a big, elaborate ceremony that has to go just so. Although no official plan or date has been set, we’ll likely go a justice of the peace route, followed by a party for family/friends.
The most difficult decision I can think of will be figuring out how to have a combined bowling/baseball theme for the party.
