This was hilarious - the Japanese words are what the animators hear the Romanian (Moldovan!) words as in Japanese. So it’s a random series of silly Japanese all strung together! I couldn’t catch it all but it the chorus was “drink, drink, drink, sake” and there was a bit about being alone, (when the cat was watching the TV by himself) and a bit about “panchira” which is dirty old men getting peeks of young girls knickers!
