Check out this recent thread for some links, including a link to a translation page. It’s quite the dance hit worldwide actually. (That is Romanian you hear btw.) Here’s the Wikipedia entry on the song/phenonema.
I first heard Dragostea Din Tei via that linked video and while the video was intended to be goofy/weird/funny, I found a lot of value in the song itself. It’s very catchy and the lyrics have meaning even after translation, which is more than a lot of American songs can claim.
I would put it on my top 100 list.

No, I think the translation may have some flaws. As a fluent Romanian speaker*, my interpretation is that it basically chronicles his times as a failed Parisian crack dealer/prostitute.
*Romanian skills non-existent.
