I saw this video tonight, and I have a couple of burning questions: Who is the actor who plays the young Toby Keith in the video, and who is the actress that plays the young object of his affections? I’m not real good at recognizing actors and actresses, but they both look awful familiar, can anyone help me out?

Since I watched the video for you, will you excuse me if I say WOW, I knew this asshole made terrible music but I never knew how CREEPY he looked. (Pause at 0:31 if you don’t want to sleep the next three nights.)
Oh, but, uh, the kids in the video don’t look very familiar. The girl kinda sort resembles Kid Rock’s sister Jill Ritchie in a couple shots, but that’s probably an artifact of the poor video quality more than anything. The guy very vaguely resembles James Van Der Beek in a couple shots. Any chance you’re thinking of either one of them? Do you know it’s 9 years old?
I think it is WWE Smackdown star Amy Weber who did Keith’s Whiskey Girl video too.
It doesn’t look like her to me. Also, Amy Weber’s Wikipedia page lists the appearance in the Whiskey Girl video but not this one. Seems like if they mentioned one they’d mention both.

I dislike a lot of Keith’s music, but that one cracks me up every time. 
I’m not sure about the guy, though he does seem familiar. The girl is a model who was in Playboy a couple of years back. Tiffany something? I’m not sure if she’s ever done anything else. A couple years after making that video she got married to one of the guys in the group Rascal Flatts.
Hah, I actually do have some grudging love for Toby Keith but I have always thought he looked a bit demonic. If you wanna laugh, though, look at his hairdo and outfit on the cover of his debut CD.
It was bugging me so I looked it up. Fallon. Tiffany Fallon. She was a beauty queen, model and Playmate.
[Looks her up] How have the people at Playboy gotten so skilled at making gorgeous women look bland and unattractive in their magazine?
That doesn’t look like Tiffany Fallon to me. She was in Toby’s video for Who’s Your Daddy?, though.
