I will be doing both. The intent is to keep them from detonating when they want to. I want to blow them up when I say so. If it’s safe enough to leave it in place and just blow it in place, so be it (like on a bombing range). If not, then I go to work.
We had a week of short classes, and ended up watching the series. It is a good show, and I like how it started off basically explaining the origins of the EOD field. Stinkin’ Nazis. :mad:

At the risk of turning it into an “Ask the. . .” thread, I’d really prefer not to go into all that, being a public forum and all. I’m not trying to be an arse, but hey, they’re my magic tricks–I’m not going to show you my David Copperfield stuff. But I will be honest with you when I can, and I just haven’t seen freezing techniques.
Unfortunately, I’m still waiting on them. It’s been a pain in the arse–I haven’t gotten any base outprocessing or anything done. Hell, I can’t even get to TMO without them. :mad:
But thanks for the wellwishes! I now have to get some sleep. I’ve had a far more difficult job today: shepherding 10 relatives around the FWB area. It’s like herding cats, and I’ve finally gotten rid of them. :smack: But I will say, I have been thinking about Santo Rugger all day. I hear he’s making some progress, but I sure hope he pulls through soon.
