Looking for tips on how to write today’s resume. Given a Job Requisition written very broadly, how do I pair the general requirements with my specific skills? AND, what advice do you have to pass today’s AI filters? (Last, if a Job Req is written rather broadly, does that imply the company’s image of the perfect candidate is rather vague?). Your thoughts?
Feed the job description into AI and let it generate a resume based on that and your qualifications and experience. Most likley your resume will not be viewed by a human.
Yes, we are starting to see a flood of resumes which very closely match the job listing. And now we have the Talent Acquisition screeners dumping half the applicants that our Application Processing System sends them as good matches, because it’s clearly AI slop to a human. It’s a battle of the bots!
