If you watch any amount of British TV or movies, he will be familiar to you. His name in the cast usually indicated a quality production.
I loved him best in The Full Monty, standing in the unemployment line, grinding and twirling to Donna Summer’s Hot Stuff. Priceless!

He had a small role in the recent miniseries follow-up to The Full Monty and was also in The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel (featuring a cast of distinguished British actors). And of course he was in Shakespeare in Love, great as always.
