Tonya Harding Satire Movie?

I saw a movie about 10-15 years ago that was a satire on Tonya Harding and her business with Nancy Kerrigan. It was kind of styled along the lines of My Name is Earl, and I couldn’t really tell if it was serious or a joke until the skating scene. Her mom was usually ragging on her, telling her that she was a loser, etc…
During the skating scene, everything was going right for Tonya, and she was having an internal dialogue, saying something like:“This IS my day. I AM great. Fuck you, Mom, I AM a winner!” And then, well, there was this grape on the rink…

It was pretty funny, but, IIRC, I was drunk when I was watching it, and partying that week, so I didn’t think to get the name of it.

Can anybody here tell me the name of it?

Did it have a second part about Lorena Bobbitt? The one I remember was “Attack of the 5’2 Women.”
