And this is Sanders’ Burn.
Only one matzoh ball? What happened to the portions!?
Next thing their going to tell us he’s from New York and not VT. Even with that quintessential VT accent!!!
Accent? What accent? That’s the way normal people talk.
And more’n a few Catholic ones, too !
I’ve often wondered if this was another jewish sander.
Yes it was.
But really the joke works a lot better when you explain the punchline.
Bernie has a better Israel policy than Chuck Schumer. He and a group of other Jewish congresscritters voted against the Iran deal because they saw themselves as “protectors of Israel”. I took it as their not having their priorities straight, putting Israel ahead of the US. If you want to be like that, do it somewhere other than Congress!
Bernie OTOH gives me hope for congressional Jews. However, you never know what other unsavory Jewish secrets he may be harboring. Can he prove he never once drank the blood of children?
I thought it was Bernies de Sander…
If Bernie controls the Media, why doesn’t he get more media coverage?
I wish Bernie Sanders would quit fooling around with this political stuff and get back to work on a new season of Curb Your Enthusiasm.
like ! there is no like button here .
I used to worry what a USA President Joe Lieberman would mean for our Middle Eastern relations. One reason I hesitated to vote for Gore.
At this point, I’ve seen so many Christian politicians bend over backwards to prove themselves more Zionist than any Jew, I don’t care anymore. Bring on the Jew.
I need this on a yard sign, I think.
I think him being Jewish is a good thing, because he is descended from one of the Hebrew kings from the Old Testament. The Hebrews legitimately have a strong bloodline, and really they are carrying memories of egypt in their collective unconscious, so they have knowledge that was lost when the library in Alexandria burned down. Monotheism came from Egypt and it was the Hebrews’ time in Egypt that formed them into what they are. And Bernie Sanders is descended from these people.
Well, I like Bernie, but there is no actual evidence of Jewish enslavement.
I like how the Egyptians apparently kept no record at all of God being angry with them and sending plagues against them. That’s the sort of thing that tends to stick around in the historical record and in oral tradition. Somehow, the Egyptians themselves seem to be completely unaware of owning millions of jewish slaves or their escape or a hail of plagues, and they never told such stories after the alleged events.
Seems like someone made it all up many centuries later. It’s almost like all these myths are not actually historically true. Which would explain why God only ever really spoke to a few people who had heard about him already, as opposed to say, Japanese people, native Americans, Scandinavians, and other groups who were never sent any prophets.
Seems kinda weird God only wants to talk to just a few tribes localized in one geographic area a very long time ago. It’s almost as if it’s all fairy tales and nonsense.
So if we could get real for a second, yes, Bernie is Jewish, no, there’s nothing particularly magical about his bloodline and he doesn’t carry memories of being whipped by Egyptians in his magical jewish blood.
You had a better one in your previous post.
*although rumor has it this is a popular chant at Stormfront rallies.
All Jews aren’t descended from the Hebrew kings, no matter how you look at it. The rest of your post is nonsense as well, but this part is factual nonsense.
I’m Jewish and this is silliness. Wether he’s a Jew or not is nether good nor bad.
Is he experienced, educated, thoughtful, capable and do his goals align with my vision of what’s best for this country are the only characteristics that matter for any candidate.
Under his rule? You seem to have an inadequate grasp of the limits of Presidential power.
Also, “the same line as under Clinton and Bush/Cheney”. Also notoriously Jewish.:smack:
How many of those selves are Jewish?
Presidents in the United States of America do not rule.
Are you doing this on purpose?
Anyone from that far in the past, if they have any living descendants at all, could probably claim every person now living as a descendant:
We all are probably direct descendants of King David. This includes Scandic ![]()
As a Jew, I’d say that I’m unlikely to have a much higher percentage of ancestry from slaves in Egypt than anyone else (besides that there’s some controversy over whether ancient Egypt had slavery). But maybe, compared to the average non-Jew, my chances of being descended from slaves in Egypt is just a little higher.
It’s much more likely that an above-average portion of my ancestry likely traces to slaves in ancient Rome.
The farther back in the past, the more likely the myths are all false. But there is a little independent evidence for King David, and more for a bunch of Biblical kings after him. Example:
