Tools to cut a yardstick?

I would think a bigger problem would be getting the yardsticks in the first place. I don’t think there is even one in our entire school district.

My local Home Depot has them for $1.28.

@elfkin477, it’s about a year later, did you cut that yardstick yet? If not, tell me how long you need and I’ll cut a piece for you.

Look at the big box home improvement stores. The Lowe’s near me has 53 in stock and the one in Wicker Park has like 150. A buck eight a piece.

You’ll need a second one to measure it, of course.

And a third, since you should always measure twice, then cut once.

Cut once, oversized, then sand it down to get it right.
