I need a list of the top 50 (or so) Madonna songs of all time. If possible can I also get what album there from. Thanks.
My top whatever number they are- in no particular order:

Music from Music
Nothing really matters from I dont know what album

Cherish
Holiday
Express yourself
Don’t Tell Me
Tell me love isn’t true
It’s just something that we do
Tell me everything I’m not

All her other songs suck - but that one is brilliant.
Oh hell, you mentioned that one already.
How about “Crazy For You”?
Not that I would remember that one from the nightclubs. Heh.
For me it’s, my Top 5 is
Take A Bow
Borderline
Power of Goodbye
Bad Girl
Express Yourself
I also love

Her Ray of Light CD is the only one I own. My daughter has several others but that one I liked nearly everything on it.

- Vogue (I’m Breathless)

Take a bow
La isla bonita
Live to tell
Papa don’t preach
Crazy for you

Into the Groove
American Pie (I agree with Dragon Phoenix)
La Isla Bonita
Ray of Light
Nothing Really Matters
Vogue
Papa Don’t Preach
Express Yourself
American Life
I don’t own most of her albums, just going mainly by what songs I’ve heard that I like. There’s always been this stigma among people I know that if you like hard rock you automatically have to think Madonna sucks. That’s all juvenile nonsense, she’s got many really great songs. And I hope I look that young when I’m her age.
Has she even done 50 songs?
I need to get out more.
I’m no Madonna expert, but I own both Immaculate Collection and GHV2. I could only come up with 40 songs of hers that I recognize by title. Here are my rankings:

- Dress You Up (Like a Virgin)
- Cherish (Like a Prayer)

Come on, people: this is supposed to be the greatest Madonna songs of all time, but all the choices here fall within the last 20 years or so. What about, say, all those 16th century Madonna plainchants?
