Pardon me folks, I am not asking if (or admitting to) hiring prostitutes in these cities. I am asking if you have partied in these cities.
Manama is the only city in Bahrain. It is our version of Las Vegas.

I sing that every time I drive into town. Some find me eccentric.
Pattaya is probably a good choice for #1. I find it a dump, too, and I just plain don’t like the place, but if I was intent on a big booze-up, with OR without hookers, that’s an awfully accommodating place.
When did Manama become fun? It was boring as hell in 1988.
Although, to be fair, as a six year old casinos weren’t my bag.
Well, add that to the list of places I’ve almost been to. When I used to travel to Dhammam I almost got there, but decided that for one night I didn’t really want the drive and cross the border. Guess I maybe should have given it a shot.

The only city on that list I’ve been to is New Orleans. Fun, but quite frankly the bars and strip clubs in Montreal are better. New Orleans does have better music and a btter climate though.
Manama eh? Never expected to see that in a top 10 list of party cities. Colour me educated.

I sing that whenever Menomomee, MI or Menomonie, WI is mentioned. Don’t know how they rate as party cities though.
Rio should be No. 1 for the sole reason that it has the 1-2-3 Club (at least it did in '86-'87).
And Palma is suspiciously absent from the list.

I’m definitely falling behind; I’ve only been to Amsterdam, Macau and Berlin. But since I’m moving to Doha, I’m sure I’ll make Manama. And we’ve been planning on seeing more of Southeast Asia, too.
ShibbOleth, I’d say you made the right call in not going to Tijuana. I haven’t been there since before I turned 21, and the clubs and bars I went to, that seemed to be the target demographic - not old enough to drink in the states, but OK in Mexico.
In other words, you’re too old, man.
Only been to four of the OP’s 10. And when I was in Berlin, it was still divided and not yet a party town. 
I have to say, though, as far as Mexican border towns go, I’ve had better times in Juarez than in Tijuana.
I’m not sure if Tijuana is the place to go anymore. The other day there was a drug gang shootout where 13 people died. The government shipped in 3000 soldiers to try to police the place.
Lately there has been a load of carjackings from banditos masquerading as policemen with authentic looking vehicles. Even veteran Baja 1000 drivers are getting robbed. Of course, the police are so corrupt it could very well be actual Federales doing the robbing.
It’s a bummer 'cause Baja California is one of my favorite places.
