I enjoy wine, particularly French wine. The year-on-year uniformity of American and Australian wines is fine in and of itself, but I prefer the individuality of the French wines.
Last night I enjoyed a bottle of Sauvignon de St-Bris Cuvee 2001. It was really smooth and yummy. And not expensive.
Hopefully, I’ve got another bottle somewhere.
