There are buildings down, but the majority of the area affected was woods, marsh and fields. There are alot of people with one building down and the trees laid flat. In a few places the whole cluster of building that was their homestead are shreaded. There’s sheets of metal in the woods.
The start was somewhere around The Bar on 16 by the Dells. I went through field until hitting river road and Pine Island.
Two badly hit homesteads were on Paske Rd. The road is by what now is Paradise “Something” the strip club. It was a supper club owned by Paskes for decades. I went up Pig Tail Alley, the road is windy and has steep drop off’s that have killed many people over the years. It went behind Cascade Ski Resort. It then went to Ski Hi Camp Gound. Highway 78 just past the I90/94 & I39 interchange had the power poles taken out and the road is closed off. The next targey was a small cluster of house on the Wisconsin river. There are three totaly shreaded. It went to Poynette which I didn’t travel to.
