There are several small towns in the US named Dixie, but I’m not sure which of them are named for the song. This site claims that Dixie, Washington, is named for the song.
The Sunshine Bridge, across the Mississippi River in Louisiana was named for the song “You Are My Sunshine”, which was written by Jimmie Davis, who served as governor of Louisiana. He was elected governor twice based on his national popularity as a country music star.
Wikipedia says Ben Bolt, Texas, was named after a character mentioned in a popular song:
