A well-known tongue twister. How do you end up saying it?
I didn’t know it was a tongue twister per se. I remember Chevy Chase saying it on the SNL news, I thought it was some kind of speech exercise, but not a tongue twister. It wouldn’t slip me up. Other ones do.
Toe bite.
I just said it out loud about twenty times and didn’t get twisted up. Not as famous as, “She sells sea shells by the seashore” or, “Three smart fellows, they all felt smart.”
I say Toy Boat, but I cheat. They usually tell you to say it 5 times fast, so I start with Boat.
Boat Toy Boat Toy Boat Toy Boat Toy Boat Toy Boat
I don’t know why that works for me, but it does.
I am better than you.
This one actually doesn’t give me much trouble. But a lot of others easily trip me up.
