Trader Joe's Lightly Salted Crunchy Green Beans

Anyone know how these are made? Have fallen in love with them, and wondering if its possible to make them at home?

I don’t know how they’re made, but I feel obligated to show up in any thread that mentions green beans in the title.

Didn’t your skin get dehydrated after the salting? I guess the dehydration could have helped contribute to the crunchiness.

They screwed me out of my dried, but unsulfited, pineapple last time I was there. I’m pouting.

I think they’re freeze-dried, which means you can’t make they without special equipment that most people don’t have at home.
