A friend of mine has a problem that I can’t help her with. She took videos on her old phones that included sound. When she transfers them to her computer, they’re find. But when she tried to put them on her new phone, they had no sound. I’m geeky but not THIS geeky. Any ideas?
She has a Droid, not an iPhone.
Different phones use different formats. The computer can play most formats if you have the correct media player and codecs.
So see what the format is of the ones downloaded from the first phone. Make a test video from the new phone and see what it is. Download a free video converter and convert the old to the new and load them to the new phone.
