What (if anything) does this tattoo mean?

Anyone got the lyrics to Memini Tui, the song that plays during the pre-title FMV? This page may or may not be of some use-- trying to translate it from Japanese to English results in a nonsensical mess. It seems to be part game description and part song comments.
Not that I have much hope of getting question #2 answered. The game is really not very well known.
