Trion needs some cheering up. Over at this here thread, he got the impression that we don’t love him.
Surely there’s somebody out there who can argue with that. If for nothing else, do it before I bust out a “Favorite memories … Trion” thread.
I don’t dislike Trion.
I don’t find Trion’s post to be a complete waste of time, nor do I feel his(?) intelligence is far below average.
Well, Trion, I’m willing to meet you in Dublin for beer. If that’s not devotion, I don’t know what is. 
I don’t know him enough to dislike him yet. Give it time.

(BTW, I’m still working on it. Now it looks like MisterTot will have to go to Poland, so I might be going alone. None of you EuroDopers wants a babysitting job, do you? I pay five dollars an hour & keep the fridge nicely stocked.)

Tatertot - I know that you are trying to arrange your travel plans to meet me in Dublin. Coldie is doing the same and you two have really given me a great compliment. I’m still a little surprised that anyone would go out of their way for me. I do appreciate it very very much. And I’ve still got my fingers crossed for you to make it.
TwistOfFate - Shrink? Actually my wife is the Social Worker/Therapist. I don’t even remember mentioning it here ('though I could have). Or are you talking about something else.

TwistofFate, leave my kid with those whackos who live here? Are you nuts!!! I’m hoping that I can talk my parents into watching him…but if Johnny doesn’t go, I’m not sure that they would be willing. They think it odd that a woman might want to have a social life outside of her husband, let alone travel. Don’t worry, I’ll do my best to work something out.
And Trion, the truth is we’re just using you to get to your wife. We think she’s kewl.
