Trival Pursuit: Kenyan Edition

X) actly.

It is a clever ruse, planted by the Obama campaign itself, to distract the right wing propaganda machine from the economy. We are too smart for them.

Y) do we care anymore?

Z)eroes batting zero.

AA)chen! He was actually born in Aachen!

AB) He was born in Alberta!

AC) tually he wasn’t born at all - he was created in a hippie laboratory to destroy the Constitution of the United States.

AD) Really it’s a question of semantics, that is, what you mean by “born.” Lizard People have a complicated reproduction cycle. But the Final Hatching definitely took place in Honolulu!

I’d agree.

AE)nima. Birthers were not technically born as that involves a uterus. So out of projection they want to think Obama was once santorum as well.

AF)ter being born in Kenya, he traveled back in time, killed his father, and hooked his mother up with a teenage Jimi Hendrix.

…who flew her to Kenya to give birth anyway.

AG)ainst expectations, I’m enjoying this thread more than most birther threads.

I saw what you did there.
Good one.

I wish I could argue that it isn’t. But this shit just isn’t going away – in fact it’s now heating up a bit, obviously because this is an election year and the Usual Suspects are gonna try to make electoral hay with it.

This attitude, by a group of people that are clearly to the left of center, is the best evidence that the fair and balanced media are in reality tilting their way. Don’t tell me… I know… liberalism is reality..blah blah blah.

Did you just argue that the media ought to report verifiably false information in the interest of balance?

“In other news, a copywriter made an error in an old draft of President Obama’s biographical blurb which suggests he was born in Kenya. Birthers are still crazy.”

Would that have satisfied you?

No, WT…? Is right. This proves that all those different versions of the birth certificate were forged and that the Republican gubenor was lying! Now all we have to do is figure out who planted the two birth announcements.

Well, after having a little fun with this, and before moving on to something worthwhile, …

What this pamphlet does show is that the President certainly is no Manchurian candidate who was carefully constructed and groomed for the Presidency from an early age. Shadowy cabals don’t miss these things.

Beyond Team Obama’s bumbling responses and handling of birth inquiries, Im not seeing a cover up. In regards to the pamphlet, he let the error go to bolster his black image among the target audience or he didnt even see it.

Because I’m evolving on this  I’m willing to give him the benefit of the doubt that he didnt even see the mistake. After-all, his agent was a nobody and he isn’t Stephen King. Promos like this goes out fast with much liberation given to the agents to make the book sell. I’ve given somewhat free reign to people under my hire in the past to make things happen, and sometimes later small errors or screw ups pop to the surface.

If the Kenyan born bio was inside the cover or back of the book we’d at least have something to chew on, but some pamphlets printed up for exposure doesnt qualify as anything more than a rookie mistake by a rookie agent.

In the end there’s no convincing evidence (that Im aware) to even suggest the Kenyan birth went beyond one initial error and was repeated by a few small media types. The small-time newspaper blurbs had no reason to do a full anal probe on Obama, he was just a guy trying to sell a book.

/End of fair assessment.

So in other words, you were trolling?
