According to the IAU (Int’l Astronomical Union) there are 88 modern constellations in the sky. Of the 88 most, though not all, are based on mythology. The names of the 88 constellations begin with all 26 letters of the alphabet except for 7 letters: J K Q W X Y Z. Then, there are 5 alphabet letters where only one constellation name begins with that letter: B F I N R. These are:
