Resurrects a thread (Military meaning of “In Country”) after 4 months dormant, proclaims they have just skipped to the end of thread (at it never was a very long thread), and then, in spite of having no special or direct knowledge of the topic, proceeds to give credence to the same erroneous interpretation of a bit of military slang that the OP had (and which had already been corrected by people with actual knowledge).
