See the “Majority Rights” thread in Great Debates, which was resurrected by a poster who keeps ratcheting up their provocativeness. Classic trolling testing the limits of the rules.
I’m not seeing it. Their posts in other threads seem fairly bland and harmless (but I have not read through them all). This particular post does not seem to fit into the subject of the thread, but it’s not clear to me if the poster is or is not in favor of sex education in schools, only that their parents were not.

Yes, that’s exactly where it’s from. I didn’t, however, want to assume a title to which I was not entitled. (The actor portraying that part, BTW, is listed as John Dudgeon, but it was in fact a woman, Elspeth Dudgeon.) I considered using Horace Femm instead of Roderick, because of the delicious way that Ernest Thesiger pronounces it, but it doesn’t have the same ring in print.
Reading the Trump odds of re-election thread, there are a number of replies to posts that don’t appear to be there anymore. I assume “Just Me” is now “Just Cornfielded”?

I was beginning to think the new troll who described seeing someone with basically smallpox last night had been cornfielded, but then I found it down the page because (almost) nobody fell for it. Called themself “randomname” and the thread title asks about what mystery skin illness they saw, in IMHO.
