The problem is there must be hundreds of men called Jason Miller in Indiana alone. I don’t know about the odds of one of them being 27 and in construction and living near Franklin, but this might be a terrible coincidence.
How can I find out if the Jason Miller in the accident is the same Jason Miller I used to know?
Call the newspaper. Most likely they have details that they did not publish, and may give out if you call.
I heard a radio report once of a plane crash. They listed the names of the two people on board, one of which matched my buddy. I called the radio station and told them I thought I might know one of the guys onboard and could they repeat the story for me.
The person I was talking to went and got the wire story and read me the entire story, not just the 30 seconds they had on the air. The wire story gave the name and street, and city. Yep it was my buddy. He was banged up pretty bad, and real surprised to see me walk into his hospital room. Turned out OK
