AntaresJB-you can head straight down and meet up with Airman Doors and me at the Harrisburg west turnpike interchange. Glad you found the thread quiltguy154-haven’t seen you in a while. Spread the word, folks-I don’t want to be remiss by overlooking anyone.

Being that this is in January, not December, I think there’s a pretty good shot that two of the three Doorses can make it.

I need to talk to my HR person if I get a chance tomorrow about arranging my schedule so I have the 29th off – if that comes to fruition I’ll almost definitely come, if someone will let me stay the night with them – 3 hours is do-able for a sleepover, but to go down and back in one night would be just evil.

I plan to be there. I think there’s a regional rail that runs through Bala Cynwood. I’ll probably take that and call Chili’s from there.

Septa R6 stops at Bala Cynwyd. Bala station is at City & Bala Avenues, and is a couple of blocks south of Chili’s on the Montgomery County side of City Ave.
Unfortunately the universe (okay, not the whole universe, just whoever’s in charge of scheduling at my new job) has decided to make this difficult for me – I’m scheduled to work that Saturday, until 6 pm, so even if I left right after work and drove like a maniac I wouldn’t get there until 9 or so and I’d be exhausted. I’m currently trying to get someone to switch weeks with me, but I don’t know most of the people there so I’m having issues asking people… I’ll keep trying.
It’s two weeks from today, kids! If anyone’s status changes, please post here or send me an email-I’ll be making the final call with body count in another week.
