Question. Obviously the FBI can subpoena his texts since there’s plenty of probable cause to get a warrant. But he was basically texting “I killed Charlie Kirk” even before anyone knew who he was. If he had managed to escape and get his rifle away as well, would there be a way for the FBI to find those texts without knowing who he is first?
Maybe, the NSA does scan and store texts. Then it becomes a question of can they search it and find the text of the killer. How many false positives do they also get?

Ugh. Seems like the posts in the TIME article that prosecution shared out Robinson as gay. LGBTQ+ might be outraged enough to make a stand on the racial/homophobe/transphobe comments from Kirk over the years. But I’m also fearing a huge assault on their rights through political means now. Firing them, impeaching them, no more gay marriage, etc.
