Other than the information supplied to any shareholder, he doesn’t.
You are basically saying that they have satisfied the letter of the law in the thinnest of ways, but the likelihood of violation with this specific person is high.

The lawsuit by the Cork Shop based on unfair competition can hopefully blow a hole in the side of the silliness.
I’m saying that in my opinion, the letter of the law will be violated in ways that are difficult or impossible to prove. Trump is, in my view, a man unconstrained by fidelity to laws if he’s pretty sure he won’t get caught.
