It combines three things he hates, journalism, professionalism and military integrity, so of course he’d want to shut it down. Duh.
The only question is whether the freed-up funds are all stolen by il Doofus himself, or whether the spawn and hangers-on get a taste.
Doing this right before the election, combined with the publication of his remarks about military personnel being losers and suckers, is not very bright. Does he know how many votes there are in the military? Not to mention veterans and retired military. I hope he continues to be this stupid over the next two months.

Believe it or not he seems to realize it is a losing move and has reversed it. But (my WAG) wait till next year.
