Trump voters: explain yourselves

A condemnation of America. But this is the same nation that put Bush II into office twice; expecting morality or even rational self interest out of the American electorate is unrealistic.

It was. I remember his opponents try to use the term “community organizer” as an epithet. If you mean by his supporters, I don’t exactly remember, but the rationale goes, at least Obama had held major political office, and had an education and background that got enough voters to think he was suited to the role. I personally would say I have seen nothing from the public facing Trump that makes me think he’s at all suited to be President of the United States.

As the National Review pointed out, though, considering all the people he’s exasperating as a candidate, why would they suddenly oppose him as President?

I assume you don’t think he’ll REALLY put NATO into question or fire on ships that flip ours off, as he’s said or implied in the past. But considering the power the word of the President has across the globe, how comfortable are you with some of the… politically ill advised things Trump is known for saying? Or, given what you say above, have you already concluded that nothing he can say could likely be THAT big a deal?

Good Lord, where were you when Obama ran in 2008? Not only was his actual experience and history a big issue, but a fictional history and experience of being a Kenyan, a Muslim, a co-conspirator of Bill Ayers, a disciple of Saul Alinsky, and an all-around hater of America was an even bigger issue, at least on Fox News and right-wing radio.

That aside, Obama and Trump’s experience and history are not even close to being comparable. Obama had only spent a short time in DC, but he was a constitutional scholar and professor, had clearly had thought seriously about foreign and domestic policy for a long time, and despite the BS spewed by Fox, was squeaky clean in both his public and private life. Trump has made it clear that he doesn’t know any more than the guy on the next bar stool about anything but cheating people and getting his name all over buildings and TV. And both his public and private life are filled with actual, legitimate scandals, not made-up ones.

Hope that helps.

Where there’s smoke there’s fire.

Where was she at three am to take the Benghazi call?

Regarding the her email account, she says in retrospect it was a mistake and if she could redo it she’d do it differently.

She’s said that more than once recently.

With her experience she still makes stupid decisions like that?

Not when somebody else has spent decades pumping out smoke. The Republicans have a irrational hatred for her and have been smearing her for decades.

And any accusations you make against Hillary don’t make Trump any less of an incompetent scumball.

Now what would Trump do at 3 am? Making tweets to put down a former ms Universe. Very important for Don the Con, what a twit.

After your first point you follow it up with what I’d describe as distractions whipped up by the Democrats at the time (you skipped racism, which was in the mix. Quite a bit if I remember correctly).

Those are all distractions in it that it takes time from addressing the the bigger question - ie ‘Tonight one world news tonight the Republicans again accuse Obama of being Muslim. This is why they’re wrong’. Instead of ‘… Obama refuses to release his college transcripts, avoids questions regarding his voting record and participation during his term in the Senant. Tonight!’ on… whatever station. That kind of distraction.

Like what.

Your quote - “Donald Trump says that “instead of taking charge” during the Benghazi attacks, then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton “decided to go home and sleep.” Clinton says …”.

Clinton says.

I don’t believe her.

So explain what the 3 a.m. phone call was about.

If I remember correctly the question was what was she doing that night. What was Obama doing.

Can anything be verified outside of 'Clinton said", ‘Obama said’?

Where are the facts?

What were the contents of that call? And what exactly was she supposed to do?
This is ignoring(as you are) the eight Republican-led investigations that found no fault in her actions.

No, what times the calls/texts/emails were made. That’s all.

It’s public information, isn’t it?

If not why not.

I know. Those fuckers. They should be fired for how they fucked that up.

You’re claiming the 3 a.m. call was critical. What was the call about?

It had to be critical, it was 3 am! Somebody’s gonna call the Sec/State and say “Everything’s cool, go back to sleep, we got this!”? The actual content of the call is a niggling detail, because it was critical. You gotta learn how to connect the dot if you’re gonna figure out the hidden truth.

And the truth is out there! Way, way out there!

Ah. So despite the lack of evidence, you believe she should have been “convicted” just because you don’t believe her. Nice system of justice you got there.

I know! Right? Just the other day, I hired 20 people to go find me a pet unicorn. And would you believe not a single one of them found one?! I tells ya’, good help sure is hard to find these days. SMH.

I don’t know. I haven’t asked that. You roundabout accused me of asking that.

I asked about the times.

Just the times, actions, locations… that’s all.

But hey, way to obfuscate the question.

Nope, not that. Just that they fucked it up.

It was pathetic.

What they “fucked up” was cutting funding for State Department security. Then they whine that Hillary didn’t change into her superhero costume and fly down to Benghazi personally to fight evildoers after their budget cuts got people killed.

You brought up the call like it was important but you refuse to say why. Tell us why you think she should be awake at that hour and why the call was important.
Next, tell us why you think the President ( or any other official) isn’t allowed to ever sleep.
