Keep in mind that this list was not something Trump gave the interviewer, but what the person who wrote the article cobbled together from various sources over a considerable time period. Not that I think Trump is a secret bibliophile or anything, but the OP makes it sound like Trump rattled off this list and in that order. The order is something the reporter* made up.
