Does possum taste anything like pork chops? A guy I used to work with told me that’s how woodchucks taste. (I realize, of course, that one is a marsupial and the other is a rodent, but I wonder if it makes a difference.)
Depends on what they’ve been eating. Possums can be caged and fed persimmons for a month to give them that lip smacking flavor they’re so well known for.
Groundhogs, despite their name don’t taste much like pork chops. Their meat is tough. Highly seasoned slow cooked stew is typical preparation.
I’m dying to know how you know this. 
Once we past all known candy flavours, I reckoned it would be likely to be one of the flavours Dorito’s have crafted: shrinp, lobster.
They should come in one of those cans you need to crank a key to open.
My Norwegian father liked Lutefisk and my wife’s father in St. Petersburg also liked small smelly fish.
